The Community Connections Committee of Mercy Home is dedicated to connecting and collaborating with community-based agencies in order to improve the services available to our young people and their families.
The Community Connections Committee is dedicated to:
- Building meaningful connections by forming relationships with other community-based agencies.
- Facilitating communication between agencies.
- Gaining knowledge about other community-based agencies in order to better provide and receive referrals.
