Shamrocks for Kids

Every March, Mercy Home paints Chicago green during Shamrocks for Kids. We hand out our special shamrock pins at area St. Pat's parades and other locations for donations to the Home. Be sure to join us at our Annual Post-Parade Party at the Chicago Hilton Hotel, immediately following the Downtown St. Patrick's Day Parade, March 2011. Interested in spreading the luck of the Irish and helping kids in need? Consider signing up now to be a Shamrocks for Kids Tag Days volunteer by calling 312-738-9245.

Leader Council Graduates' Luncheon

Every year, the Leader Council of Mercy Home gathers with noted community and business leaders at a luncheon to honor the accomplishments of Mercy Home's student graduates. Our Leader Council Graduates' Luncheon, now in its 9th year, raises critical funds to support our kids' continued educations, and is a remarkable opportunity to celebrate the commitment our young people have made to realizing their academic potential.

The Leader Council is a group of 70 distinguished professional women who have joined together to raise scholarship funds and educational opportunities for the youth of Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. For more information on the Leader Council please click here
