Mercy Home Hands On Network is a dedicated group of friends of Mercy Home who have joined together to provide the little extras that mean so much to our boys and girls. These friends know the importance of meeting our kids’ basic needs – food and shelter, therapeutic care and education – but they also wanted to find a way to provide just a little more comfort to our boys and girls.
Meet Our Co-Chairs

Deb Hoffman and Jeanne Schimeck are longtime friends of Mercy Home who founded the Hands On Network to play a personal role in providing the small, but significant, things that Mercy's children need on a day to daybasis. As mothers, they are well familiar with the beyond-the-basics needs that give kids a happy, well-rounded childhood — things like birthday presents, Christmas presents, Easterbaskets, bikes and school supplies. And as mothers, it is their goal to create a network of big-hearted friends who will work together to ensure that no child goes without these important extras.
