• Ability to make friends and live in community with other volunteers
• A "calling" to serve children in need
• College educated
• At least 21 years of age
• Willing to dedicate a year of volunteer service
• Reliable and flexible

• Demonstrate leadership qualities

Applying to MercyWorks


MercyWorks is currently accepting applications for the 2008-2009 volunteer year.  Priority is given to applications submitted or postmarked by April 1. Volunteers may renew their volunteer commitment for an additional year or they may apply for full-time employment status after one year of volunteer service.
