Ian McBride

Ian is the MercyWorks Program Coordinator. He has worked at Mercy Home for Boys and Girls since August of 2006. Prior to joining the MercyWorks team in 2007, Ian was a member of the 2006-2007 MercyWorks community. His placement was in Campbell Home. Originally from Rochester, New York, Ian attended St. Bonaventure University where he graduated in 2005 with a degree in Marketing. Katie Keller Smith

Katie is the Director of Volunteer Programs. She has worked at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls since July of 2002. Katie has directed the Mercy Works program for 7 years and currently oversees both MercyWorks as well as the Friends First mentoring program and Volunteer Resources. After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts in 1997, she served as a Jesuit Volunteer in Santa Ana, California and then did fundraising for several years at an all-girls school in Boston. Katie holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston College, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry, also from Boston College.
