A Chicago Tradition

For years, people have come together to collect donations for the boys and girls of Mercy Home through Shamrocks for Kids.

We thank everyone who volunteered at Chicago-area parades and celebrations, and everyone who made a donation for a pin so far.

But even if you didn't make it to the parades, you can still get need your Shamrocks for Kids and support a solution for kids in crisis.

You can come to O'Brien's Restaurant in Old Town for it's spectacular St. Patrick's Day celebration and get your Shamrock pin. While you're there, enter to win a trip to Ireland during O'Brien's annual 'Pot O' Green Raffle.' And don't miss the annual "Oh Danny Boy Singing Contest" at O'Brien's.

You can also get a pin throughout March at several bars in Lincoln Park, and at participating businesses throughout the city.
