A message from Fr.Scott about Easter and March for Kids in March 2016.
Our young women helped out in their Beverly community by participating in “Work Out to Wipe Out”, an event organized by the GFWC IL Morgan Park Junior Woman’s Club and benefiting A New Direction, an organization committed to taking a stand against domestic violence.
Four remaining teams in our Hoops to Homework basketball season went head-to-head in thrilling semifinal match-ups.

Young men and women of Mercy Home spent Presidents’ Day looking into options for their future. The kids were given an opportunity to sign up for sessions after last week’s Post-Secondary Options Pep Rallies.
There were only 23 spots available to meet Jimmy Butler, and in order to go, the boys of Mercy Home of Boys & girls needed to write a response to the question, “What does it mean to give back to your community?” Their essays were due the week before the event.
Fr. Scott delivered “A Walk with My Friend, Joseph Cardinal Bernardin” at Elmhurst College last Thursday evening.
