You read that right: Mercy Home will actually pay you to make this type of gift. These regular payments are fixed and depend on your age—up to 10% of your gift per year! You can opt to receive payments immediately, or defer them to a future date and increase your rate of return.
And best of all, these payments are guaranteed to continue for the rest of your life. No matter what happens with the economy, your health, or the state of the world, you will always receive the same fixed payment from Mercy Home.
