We are thrilled to announce that several of our coworkers recently passed their Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) exams!
Tricia Townsend, Program Manager of Sheil Home, Cynthia Velasquez, Therapeutic Supervisor in AfterCare, Meg Prahin, Program Manager of Speh Home, and Shelly Quiles, Admissions Clinician, all took their exams in the past several months and are now licensed to practice clinical social work independently in the state of Illinois.
This achievement comes after receiving 3,000 hours of post-master’s supervised practice and taking a four-hour exam that tests their proficiency in social work ethics, counseling theory, assessment, and intervention.
We are very proud of this incredible achievement.
